Roomy, relaxing, peaceful, clean - had most of what we needed. A few basic things missing that would have been appreciated - salt, soap, dishcloth, lock on bathroom door, working oven/grill. But over-all we enjoyed the stay and it met our needs for a 2 night stay

The staff were very friendly. And helpful. The facilities were comfortable . The kitchen was well set up and the shared space was large. The bathrooms are shared.and basic. The setting is spectacular on a fine day with mountain views and the hot tubs were placed well to take advantage of the view and great to sit in in the snow. It is well positioned close to mountains and the Wanganui river. The Angle Louise Cafe was great in Raetihi .

Beautiful town, where I was born. Always great to come back to my "ROOTS". We attended a family reunion at Te Puke marae, so location was excellent. Meeting whanau from all over the Motu, and to have a sister, and 2 cousins return from Aussie was our magic.
